Where can I sign up for text messages?
  • New to Drybar? Opt-in when you create an account here.
  • Already a Drybar client? Just log in to your account and opt-in under “Account Information.” You also have the opportunity to opt in when booking an appointment.
What will Drybar text me?
  • We send two appointment reminders. One is sent 24 hours prior, and the other is sent four hours before your appointment. You can reply to either text to cancel your appointment.
  • Occasionally, Drybar may text a promotional offer such as $10 off a blowout.
What should I do if I need help?
  • Call us at 1-877-379-2279. 
Is a human or a robot texting me?
  • It’s a robot, but a human is available by phone at 1-877-379-2279 to answer any questions.
Can I opt out of Drybar texts?
  • Yes! Any time. You can opt out by replying to a text with STOP to end appointment reminders or NOOFFER to end marketing offers.
Can I book an appointment by text?
  • Not yet! You can book on or by using our iPhone app. Click here to download.
Can I cancel an appointment by text?
  • Yes! Just reply NO to your appointment reminder up to two hours before your appointment. Drybar’s standard appointment cancellation policy applies.
Can I change my appointment by text?
  • Unfortunately, not yet. You can cancel and book a new appointment on or by using our iPhone app. Click here to download.
I canceled via text but got charged a late cancellation fee.
  • Call us at 1-877-379-2279 to discuss. We keep a log of our texts and are more than happy to look into it with you!
I received an offer by text; how do I redeem it?
  • Just click the link and book! Please note that this offer is unique to your number and cannot be forwarded. We will automatically apply the offer to your blowout at booking.
