Refund & Return Policy

RETURN IN-STORE

To help protect our warehouse Team Members, all incoming packages will be held in quarantine for a total of 7 business days with the recommendation of US Dept. of Health & Human Services. We appreciate your patience during this difficult time and feel free to reach out to our Buttercup team with any questions or concerns at buttercup@thedrybar.com.

Products may be returned to any Drybar location within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment if accompanied by the receipt. Returns to a Drybar location that are (a) not accompanied by the original receipt or (b) made more than 30 days after the purchase date will be exchanged for Drybar credit. No credits will be issued for purchases that are older than 60 days.
If your original purchase was from Drybar.com, our corporate office will supply your refund or store credit, not the Drybar location.

RETURN BY MAIL

Please provide your original Drybar receipt or order confirmation email and enclose it with your well packaged items. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method, Drybar is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. Please send your return(s) to:
