REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Please note, effective July 20, 2020 Drybar's product return policy has changed.
We sure hope that you'll love everything you purchase from us. However, if you're not satisfied with a product for any reason, we offer you the following options for product returns.
RETURNS BY MAIL
Products that are purchased on Drybar.com may be returned to Drybar.com within 60 days of the ship date for a full refund. We are not able to accept returns on purchases older than 60 days nor are we able to accept returns of purchases from any retail channel except Drybar.com. We are pleased to let you know that we offer free returns for all shipments originating from the continental US.
Should you wish to return a product purchased on Drybar.com, follow the steps below:
- Call Drybar Products Customer Service at (800) 646-4479 to begin the process
- Provide them with your contact information, address and Order Number (found on the packing slip in your original shipment) and detail regarding which product(s) you would like to return
- Customer Service will email you a pre-paid FedEx shipping label
- Carefully pack the items in a shipping box
- Don't forget to INCLUDE THE PACKING LIST INSIDE THE SHIPPING BOX
- Print the shipping label provided by Customer Service, affix it to the box and drop your package at the nearest FedEx drop-off
For orders placed prior to Wednesday, November 25, 2020, please allow 14 business days for your credit to be applied to the original form of payment.
Because of a recent systemic Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 which occurred to many companies, unfortunately we are unable to provide you a credit back to your credit card for orders received on or after Wednesday, November 25, 2020 and can only supply you with a credit in the form of a physical check. Once the warehouse receives your return, the refund check will be processed and mailed out. This process can take up to 4-6 weeks. We fully understand the inconvenience this may cause and really wish it were not this way but greatly appreciate your flexibility and understanding.
Products that are purchased from any Drybar shop location may be returned to any Drybar shop location within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment as long as it is accompanied by a receipt. Returns to a Drybar location that are (a) not accompanied by the original receipt or (b) made 31-60 days after the purchase date will be exchanged for Drybar credit. No credits will be issued for purchases that are older than 60 days. If your original purchase was made on Drybar.com, your purchase must be returned to Drybar.com. See above for instructions.
